I love this nutritional software. It was the first thing that I downloaded when I received my Muscle Maximizer package. To get an accurate meal plan you will need to enter a basic profile that includes your sex, weight, height, age, goals, body type, and the weight training hours that you put in each week. Once you enter the information a meal plan is created that includes your optimum intake of protein, carbs, calories, fiber, fat, and water.
Next, you can go to the meal planning section of the software. Here you will be provided with different meal plans that you can customize any way that you would like. You can customize the meals that are provided or you can create a new one. The meal will automatically conform to have the right amount of calories, protein, etc.
The weight training program also targets your body type. The significance of this is the fact that there are different variables that affect muscle growth and most weight training programs do not consider this. What will work for one person may have negative effects on another person because everyone is made up differently. Once again, you can customize the workouts for your specific needs.
I can honestly say that this is one of the better nutrition/exercise programs available on the market. The program offers a customizable nutrition and exercise program that is ideal for those who are looking to gain muscle and even lose weight. The software programs are superb as they take your body type into account and create programs based on your profile and your goals. The diet is easy to follow as you can customize it to suit your needs. The exercise program can be a bit tough for those who are just starting out, but it is definitely effective for building muscle.
